Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZTourz International. By accessing or utilizing the services offered by ZTourz International, the Travel Agent agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs the relationship between ZTourz International and the Travel Agent, as well as the services provided to their customers. It is essential to review and accept these Terms before making any bookings.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings with  ZTourz International are subject to confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation is received from  ZTourz International via email or any other communication channel. 
• Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before a booking is confirmed. The balance payment is due according to the payment schedule specified at the time of booking.
   

3. Pricing and Services

• Price Updates: Prices may change due to factors like seasonality, hotel rates, and other operational costs. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to the Travel Agent in advance. 
• Inclusions: The prices quoted include only the services specified in the booking confirmation, such as accommodation, transfers, meals, and activities. Any additional services requested by the Travel Agent or their customers will incur additional charges.
   

4. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations by the Travel Agent: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply based on the timing of the cancellation: 
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost. 
  • Between 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost. 
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, unless otherwise specified under special circumstances. 
• Changes to Bookings: Any requested changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., modification of dates or services) may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
   

5. Travel Documents

The Travel Agent is responsible for ensuring that all customers possess the necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates.  ZTourz International will not be liable for any issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation.

6. Liability

• General Liability:  ZTourz International is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or political unrest. 
• Customer Complaints: Complaints or issues raised by the Travel Agent's customers must be brought to ZTourz International immediately to allow for timely resolution.
   

7. Force Majeure

 ZTourz International will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions. ZTourz International will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative services in such cases.

8. Confidentiality

Both  ZTourz International and the Travel Agent agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of business. No confidential information will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in [Mumbai, India].

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

2. Cancellations by the Travel Agent

• More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus cancellation fees (e.g., 10% of the total booking cost). 
• Between 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total cost minus cancellation fees. 
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund, unless otherwise agreed in special cases.
   

3. Cancellations by ZTourz International

In the event that ZTourz International cancels a booking due to circumstances beyond control, a full refund will be provided to the Travel Agent.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges, such as booking fees, non-refundable deposits made to third-party providers, and special permits, are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with the booking reference number. 
• Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within [7] business days. 
• Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
   

6. Partial Refunds

If there are partial cancellations or reductions in services, the Travel Agent may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the unused portion of the booking. Refunds will exclude non-refundable services.

7. Bank Charges

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges for international payments will be deducted from the refund amount.
